Manchester United make Mason Greenwood decision that could earn them millions after £26m sale

Manchester United confirmed that Mason Greenwood has completed a move to Ligue 1 side Marseille.

The 22-year-old has signed a five-year deal with the club, following his season-long loan in La Liga with Getafe, his spell in Spain saw him contribute six assists and score 10 goals in all competitions, prompting interest from Roberto De Zerbi's side and Lazio.

United opted to sell the academy graduate this summer and they believe his departure has delivered on their commitment that his career would be better served elsewhere. In a statement on Thursday, United confirmed the departure of the 22-year-old, they wrote: "Mason
