Will Maguire be dropped?

A break-in allowed Harry Maguire to get back into the Manchester United team but the centre-back let in Jay Rodriguez on Tuesday night. Luke Shaw played Rodriguez on but the situation was salvageable for Maguire, who was outthought with ease by Rodriguez.

Maguire cost United two goals, given it was his needless barge on Rodriguez from an offside situation that denied Raphael Varane in the first-half. The United captain has been a walking disaster all season and the next manager should consider reassigning the armband.
