Manchester United handed fresh injury concern as Frenkie de Jong makes Barcelona intentions clear

Erik ten Hag has revealed Scott McTominay is an injury concern for Sunday's FA Cup tie with Fulham.

Manchester United have the chance to return to Wembley in short order following their Carabao Cup triumph but will have to get past Fulham to do so and reach the FA Cup semi-finals. Ten Hag has achieved his aim of ending the club's trophy drought but wants to win as many tournaments as possible in his debut season at Old Trafford.

Doing so could prove difficult, however, as United go into the match without several key players. Alejandro Garnacho is facing several weeks on the sidelines after suffering an ankle ligament injury last weekend and he joins Christian Eriksen and Donny van de Beek on the treatment table.

Anthony Martial is back in training after his latest setback but is not yet fit to take to the field. Winger Antony also missed Thursday's trip to Seville and isn't expected to be back in time for the game. Now Ten Hag has confirmed that McTominay is also a doubt for the visit of the Cottagers.
