Martial or Ronaldo?

There is about as much chance of Donny van de Beek starting as there is of Jadon Sancho starting at Goodison Park. Sancho’s performance level has plummeted in the last two games and Marcus Rashford has five goals from the left-hand side.

The Shaw thing?
