Manchester street food hub launches festive menu - including Christmas Burgers, Bhaji Baubles, and Lobster Bao Buns

An independent street food and drink hub has unwrapped its Christmas menu with a diverse range of festive delights.

From festive burgers, bhaji baubles, and loaded fries with all the trimmings, selections of beers and cocktails, there’s a variety of treats to choose from this holiday season.

Society, a social hub filled with multi-food vendors, is perfect for a festive get together in the cosy yuletide hideaway on Barbirolli Square.

With five distinct independent street food hubs within the food hall, it's a one-stop destination for a lively Christmas feast, promising delights to suit every taste.

Delve into the menu's highlights, such as Slap & Pickle's All I Want For Christmas Burger—featuring two succulent 40-day dry-aged grass-fed beef patties adorned with a medley of festive flavours.

Pair this with their All The Trimmings Fries, signature scoop fries loaded with pigs-in-blankets rain, crumbled cranberry Wensleydale, Paxo Mayo, cranberry mostarda, roasted root veg crisps, and chopped parsley, also served with gravy.

Meanwhile, sushi specialists Manzoku will be serving up their festive bao buns, with a lobster, prawn, and crispy prosciutto filling, as well as a seared teriyaki salmon, panko prawn, avocado, cucumber, tobiko, and masago snowball sushi roll.
