Manchester restaurant to host social experiment where you can dine with strangers

The winter season can be hard, especially when you find yourself on your own. In fact, just last year Manchester was ranked the sixth most lonely city in the UK.

In an effort to combat this, a start-up is hosting a series of weekly dinners where they'll be they'll be matching up six complete strangers. The shared meals will take place at Selina hotel's restaurant and bar, Wilson's Social, in the Northern Quarter as part of unique social experiment to push people outside of their comfort zone.

"At Timeleft, we aim to break those barriers by giving people a safe environment to meet one another so that they can be more involved with the world they live in. We’re incredibly excited to be launching Timeleft into the UK and we look forward to helping even more people to step outside of their comfort zones and enjoy spending quality time with new people.”
