Manchester bar converts vintage holiday homes into rum caravans - complete with personal waiter

A warehouse bar in the city centre has come up with a novel way of making the summer holidays last all year long with a new set of rum caravans.

DIECAST, located on Ducie Street, has converted four vintage holiday homes close to retirement into private dining, drinking and party spaces.

The caravans, which hail from caravan parks across the country, will each feature an allocated waiter with the full menu from DIECAST’s kitchen and bar concept LENO available to order directly from within, including its ‘NeoPan’ artisan pizzas.

Guests will also be able to indulge in a selection of frozen daiquiris from The House of Daiquiri, which features 49 possible combinations. Signature cocktails include the 'Turbo Mojito' and 'Corn & Oil' featuring Bacardi Ocho and overproof Takamaka.

There are also a wide selection of craft beers, wines, Prosecco and spritzes available to order.
