Manchester Airport travellers hit by 'crazy' queues with statement issued
Passengers at Manchester Airport were warned to expect 'longer than usual' waits this morning after the security lanes were hit by a 'technical issue'.
The travel hub was operating with a reduced number of security lanes in Terminals one and two in a post on X on Friday morning (June 6), adding they were 'working hard' to resolve the issue.
"Due to a technical issue, we are running a reduced number of security lanes in Terminals 1 and 2 this morning and waiting times may be longer than usual," they said.
