Former Bayern Munich and Real Madrid ace Ze Roberto has admitted that he thinks Manchester United legend Cristiano Ronaldo will retire within the next few seasons.

Ronaldo left Italian giants Juventus to seal a sensational return to Old Trafford in the summer transfer window.

But after an exceptional start to life in his second spell, the former Real Madrid ace has only scored one goal in his last ten appearances for Ralf Rangnick’s side.

His recent difficulties have led to intense speculation suggesting his return to the red half of Manchester could conclude at the end of the current campaign

And Roberto believes Ronaldo may find himself at a crossroads in his footballing career very soon.

"Cristiano is, for me, a machine," Ze Roberto said to Sky Sports News.
