While Ruben Amorim puts his players through their paces, he'll be hoping Jason Wilcox can wrap up a deal for Benjamin Sesko. The RB Leipzig striker has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League this summer, with lots of clubs eager to bolster their attacking options.
The Manchester Evening News understands that United are confident Sesko prefers a move to Old Trafford over St. James' Park. The Reds have bid €75m (£65.3m), plus €10m (£8.7m) in add-ons, in an effort to sign the 22-year-old.
