Manchester United are working around the clock as Ruben Amorim and key figures behind-the-scenes get stuck into a much-needed rebuild. A deal for Matheus Cunha has already been agreed - while United have launched an offer to sign Bryan Mbeumo from Brentford.
If that follow-up pursuit gets over the line, the Old Trafford giants will have splashed out £120million plus on two attacking additions. However, there are other areas that need to be strengthened, too.
A replacement for Andre Onana between the posts has been mooted, while Liam Delap side-stepped a move to United as he signed for Chelsea instead. As such, there are plans in place to sign a new striker amid concerns over Joshua Zirkzee and Inter Milan-linked Rasmus Holjund in that position.
