Man deported from UK for FIFTH time vows 'I'll be back and back and back'

An illegal immigrant is to be deported from the UK for a fifth time despite boasting 'I'll be back and back and back'.

Career criminal Christopher David has repeatedly been sent home to his native Czech Republic after clocking up 41 offences since arriving in Britain in 2002. But a court was told how the 45-year-old keeps changing his name in a bid to stay.

On at least four separate occasions, he has slipped past border controls to get back into the UK. When he was arrested again last month at home in Bolton, he stunned investigators by bragging: "This is your government wasting money, I’ll be back, back and forth, back and forth."

Inquiries revealed he has convictions in Britain for a string of offences including affray, common assault, dangerous driving, possession of crack cocaine and shoplifting. He was made subject of a formal Home Office deportation order in 2015.

His wife, four children and two grandchildren live legally in this country. At Bolton Crown Court, factory worker David - who is currently incarcerated at Birmingham Prison - admitted charges under the Immigration Act 1971 of knowingly entering the UK in breach of a deportation order and avoiding enforcement action by deceptive means.

He was jailed for 16 months. The court heard he had been jailed for ten months last year for identical immigration offences.

He is expected to be serve eight months of his latest prison stretch before being sent his homeland again. It is not known if any extra security measures will be be put in place to prevent him coming back.
