Man City vs Bayern Munich highlights and reaction as Laporte scores after McAtee opener

Manchester City beat Bayern Munich today in their second of three pre-season friendlies, winning 2-1 in Tokyo.

City faced Bayern, having opened their summer tour with an entertaining 5-3 win over Yokohama on Sunday. Pep Guardiola used two completely separate outfield sides in each half against Yokohama and went for a similar approach against Bayern with eight changes at half time.

Kevin De Bruyne returned to full training yesterday but didn't get on the pitch. He missed the Yokohama win with a hamstring injury that was aggravated in the Champions League final, even though he was named on the bench at the weekend.

City ran out 2-1 winners thanks to James McAtee's close-range finish and Aymeric Laporte's late goal after Mathys Tel had equalised. After this game, the Blues move to Seoul, South Korea, to play Atletico Madrid at the weekend.
