Man City told which fixture looks 'dangerous' amid Premier League title race with Arsenal

Nedum Onuoha believes a trip to Brighton presents Manchester City with their most 'dangerous' fixture after they face Arsenal.

City have a trip to the AMEX to squeeze into their already congested schedule, with this weekend's FA Cup semi-final clash against Sheffield United taking it's place. It means that their next league clash will see Arsenal at the Etihad in a mammoth clash that Pep Guardiola has likened to a 'final'.

The Blues undoubtedly have the easier run-in of the two title challengers, with four bottom-half sides remaining and only Arsenal of the current top-six. But Brighton's current form means they are no easy task, especially with the potential distractions of European football.

"The thing that’s quite dangerous to me when I look at that, is that game against Brighton that needs to be rearranged, because Brighton right now are one of the best sides in the Premier League," Onuoha told Match of the Day 2.

"To go down there, especially given they’ve got as many games going on as they have, I think that potentially - outside of Arsenal - could be the toughest one before now and the end."

The Blues already have 10 fixtures to play between now and the end of the season on May 28, and could have a two-legged Champions League semi-final to force in on May 9 and 16. Guardiola's side travel to Bayern Munich on Wednesday with a 3-0 aggregate lead under their belts.

With their final mid-week of March and first of May already containing fixtures, the trip to Brighton may have to be squeezed in during the week before they face Brentford on the final day of the season.
