Man City press conference live as Pep Guardiola gives team news update ahead of RB Leipzig fixture

Pep Guardiola will speak to the press on Monday afternoon ahead of Manchester City vs RB Leipzig. City have a 100 per cent record in Group G so far and a point would clinch top spot with a game to spare. games to spare.

The Blues travelled to Leipzig on matchday 2 and came away with a 3-1 victory, although it wasn't plain sailing with the three points only being wrapped up thanks to goals from Julian Alvarez and Jeremy Doku in the closing minutes.

Guardiola was unable to call on four players for Saturday's game with Liverpool and while there are hopes that Jack Grealish could be in contention to face Leipzig if he recovers from illness, it may be too soon for Mateo Kovacic. As City look to cope without Stones - who will be eased back into action despite making the bench against Liverpool - the manager has indicated that Rico Lewis will be given an opportunity on Tuesday night.

The manager will likely be asked questions about who could be available to him during in today's media briefing. He'll also be joined by one of his players who will also take questions.
