Man City first summer exit confirmed as new kit for 2022/23 is 'unveiled'

Here are your Manchester City evening headlines for Tuesday, May 17.

Manchester City have boosted their summer transfer fund as defender Pedro Porro has completed his anticipated permanent transfer to Sporting CP.

Right-back Porro, 22, joined City for around £5.5million in 2019 from sister-club Girona. He was immediately loaned out to Real Valladolid for the season and then joined Sporting on loan in 2020 for a two-year spell.

Manchester City fans seem to have been given an early glimpse of the club's new kit for next season as it appears to have been 'leaked' ahead of schedule on Puma's official website.

City teased the new kit this week, confirming it would be released on Thursday, but fans were quick to spot a kit and training range on the Puma site on Tuesday morning. The new range is consistent with previous leaks and shows a sky blue kit with a maroon collar and sleeve cuffs.

Phil Foden, Jack Grealish and City Women's midfielder Vicky Losada are seen modelling the home kit, which features the tagline 'Play Forever'. Guardiola and Walker are also shown wearing what appears to be the home training range, along with Ederson and Nathan Ake.
