Man City could complete unprecedented transfer window as Vincent Kompany snaps up young duo

Harwood-Bellis will join on loan, but for Egan-Riley, it’ll be a permanent move to Burnley. The 19-year-old’s contract expires tomorrow, with the two clubs coming to an agreement in order to avoid a tribunal.
