Man charged with attempted murder as 37-year-old remains in critical condition
A man has been charged with attempted murder following an alleged incident in South Manchester. It happened at an address on Heysham Avenue in Fallowfield on Sunday, May 21, Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said.
According to the force, a 37-year-old man remains in hospital in a critical condition. A 20-year-old man has now been charged, they said in a statement issued this afternoon (Wednesday, May, 24).
Brandon White, of Radstock Close, Fallowfield, has been charged with attempted murder. He has been remanded in custody to appear at Manchester Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (Thursday).

A second suspect has been released on police bail.
GMP say they are continuing to investigate what happened and they are appealing for anyone with information to come forward. In particular, they are asking for anyone with CCTV or daschcam footage which may assist detectives to contact them.
