Malik Tillman Rangers SEASON over as Ibrox boss Michael Beale reveals hammer injury blow

Malik Tillman may have played his final game for Rangers as Michael Beale ruled him out for the season with injury.

The Rangers boss is preparing for Sunday's clash with Aberdeen as his side look to bounce back from a damaging couple of weeks. Defeat to the Dons two weeks ago preceded a Scottish Cup semi-final exit to Celtic that ended their hopes of finishing the season with silverware and Beale is determined to get things back on track.

They will have to do it without Bayern Munich loanee Tillman who Beale says will be unable to play again this season. The club are yet to decide whether to trigger a purchase option to sign him permanently meaning he could return to Bayern without playing another game for Rangers. Beale also confirmed Borna Barisic will miss the Aberdeen clash while Ryan Kent is a doubt.

He said: "Malik Tillman has performed well for the club but he will be ruled out for the rest of the season due to injury. Borna Barisic will miss the game at the weekend, Ryan Kent has had a few issues so we will continue to monitor him."
