Maidstone United 1 Worthing 2 match report: Temi Eweka scores at both ends before ex-Stones striker Mo Faal settles National League South clash
Former Maidstone striker Mo Faal scored the winner against his old club as Worthing won a breathless game at the Gallagher Stadium.
Temi Eweka gave United an early lead in a clash of sides starting the day third and fifth in National League South.

Worthing, unbeaten in eight games, got their football going and were level in the 13th minute when the unfortunate Eweka sent a diving header past Alexis Andre Jr in his attempts to deal with Reuben Carvalho’s cross.
Charlie Seaman could have restored Maidstone’s lead when played in by Blair.
He had time and space and looked a good bet to score but ended up drilling the ball into the side-netting.
There were openings for Cashman and Nicky Wheeler as the Rebels attacked with purpose, but Maidstone were still creating chances with Seaman’s effort blocked by Sam Beard, followed by an even better block after Shaq Coulthirst kept the ball alive and set up Blair in the six-yard box.
Worthing went on to take the lead in the 37th minute after Seaman conceded a free-kick in midfield.
