The weather isn’t the only thing hotting up - so is the north west music scene. In fact, it’s sizzling.

As the region gears up for the final showing of the world’s largest song contest this weekend, established artists from Great Britain and beyond have announced exciting gigs in the upcoming months.

Catch UK Eurovision entry Mae Muller on her first headline tour later this year; lead vocalist of Frankie Goes to Hollywood Holly Johnson’s special October shows; and rising star Freya Ridings.

Iconic singer and songwriter Holly Johnson has announced two exclusive UK concerts celebrating 40 years since Frankie Goes to Hollywood ripped through the 80s music scene with the release of their debut single ‘Relax’.

The dates follow Frankie Goes to Hollywood’s one-off special reformation to open the 67th Eurovision Song Contest in Liverpool last weekend.

Holly Johnson’s headline live shows will take place on October 21 in his hometown at Liverpool Philharmonic Hall and at the legendary London Palladium on October 27.

These new dates will be packed with Frankie hits including ‘Relax’, ‘Two Tribes’, ‘The Power of Love’, ‘Welcome to the Pleasuredome’ and tracks from Holly’s smash hit solo career.

Ahead of representing the United Kingdom at the 67th Eurovision Song Contest, Mae Muller has announced a major UK and Ireland tour for November 2023.

Mae’s Eurovision entry, the euphoric and fierce ‘I Wrote A Song’ marks the beginning of a dynamic new era for the rising pop superstar and is her first new music of 2023.

The instant earworm became the first UK Eurovision entry to debut inside
