Wicked returning to Manchester’s Palace Theatre - here’s how to get tickets

The gravity-defying theatre production of Wicked is coming to Manchester - and tickets go on sale today. The show is gearing up for a five and half week run at the city’s Palace Theatre.

However, fans will have quite a while to wait if they secure tickets with the show running from December 3, 2024 to January 12, 2025 - more than 18 months away.

Tickets go on general sale via the ATG Tickets website this morning (May 19) at 10am, having already been made available to TheatreCard holders for 48 hours.

As part of the latest UK tour, the musical is embarking on an ambitious tour visiting nine UK cities, including Manchester, Liverpool, Bristol and Edinburgh.

Earlier this year, Palace Theatre said they were ‘thrilled to announce’ that Laura Pick would be reprising her ‘powerhouse West End performance’ as Elphaba.

Theatre fans hoping to get tickets can do so from 10am on the ATG website. While ticket prices are yet to be officially confirmed for Manchester, tickets for the Sunderland Empire run begin at £20 and go up to £155. There are also tickets available for £40, £54, £66, £80 and £95.

Wicked is said to be suitable for a general audience, but as a guide to parents
