M60 traffic LIVE as drivers hit with long queues and lane closures - latest updates

Long queues are building on a stretch of the M60 this morning after a crash.

According to traffic alert service Inrix, one lane has been shut off on the anticlockwise carriageway of the motorway. It is shut between junction 14 for the East Lancashire Road and junction 13 for Worsley.

Lane three of three is closed. Motorway cameras show heavy traffic up to the incident.

Inrix is reporting congestion on the anticlockwise side back to junction 18 for the M62 Simister Island.

One lane is closed between J14 for the East Lancashire Road and junction 13 for Worsley.

It is lane three of three.

Traffic is slow up to the closure on the anticlockwise side.
