M60 LIVE as 'load spillage' causes heavy traffic - updates

Drivers are facing long queues on the M60 near Salford this morning after a vehicle shed its load on the carriageway.

Two out of three lanes are closed on the M60 anticlockwise from J14 (Swinton Interchange) to J13 A572 Worsley Brow (Worsley), on Friday morning (May 2), with heavy traffic building.

Delays are expected to last for several hours as emergency services work to clear the load and make the area safe, according to National Highways.
