M4 crash causes hour-long delays - live updates
Police were at the scene of a crash which has caused 'severe' delays on the M4 on Tuesday morning (February 27). Two lanes were blocked eastbound for more than an hour after the accident between junction 24 Coldra and junction 23A Magor Services. Monitors are showing 60 minute delays back to junction 29 at Cardiff.
