M4 blocks all traffic live: Updates as traffic held due to medical emergency

Traffic was temporarily held on the M4 on Thursday morning as emergency services deal with what has been described as a "medical emergency"

Cameras show traffic was held just before the westbound exit slip road at junction 25 Caerleon. The slip road has been coned off by emergency service teams at the scene. One lane has also been closed and traffic is back to junction 24 at Coldra.
