Traffic was brought to a standstill on the M4 Prince of Wales Bridge on Wednesday morning, August 20, due to a collision. Traffic was held on the eastbound carriageway between J23 and J22 due to the incident.
Traffic was stopped for around 10 minutes from 8.40am.
The closure caused long delays of around 30 minutes.
