Luxury apartments at Gary Neville's St Michael's scheme go up for sale - and one costs £6m

The luxury apartments being constructed at Gary Neville's St Michael's development in Manchester city centre are now up for sale.

Branded as W Residences, which also forms part of the Marriott group, a total of 217 flats are being built at the scheme which will offer "hotel-inspired living". The new homes will include a 24-hour concierge and will be located in the development's 41-storey tower.

They will sit alongside a 162-room W Hotel which is expected to open during the first three months of 2027. W Residences Manchester will be the the brand's first outside London and one of only 20 worldwide.

The St Michael's development is being delivered by Relentless Developments, a property development company led by Anthony Kilbride and Gary Neville, alongside contractor Salboy, which is led by Simon Ismail andBetfred co-founder Fred Done. Other projects that Relentless Developments has been involved in include Hotel Football in Old Trafford and the Stock Exchange Hotel in the city centre.

The most expensive apartment at the development is on the market for £6m, more than double any other flat currently on the market in the city, a £2.5m home in Renaker's Deansgate Square. Savills is marketing the St Michael's apartments on behalf of the developers. The cheapest apartments have an asking price of £350,000.
