Lundstram and Barisic 'sign' Rangers exit deals as contract lengths revealed for out of contract duo

Trabzonspor have reportedly agreed terms with Rangers duo John Lundstram and Borna Barisic, with sources in Turkey now revealing the length of the respective contracts that the pair will pen with the Super Lig side.

Despite being locked in talks to extend his contract at Ibrox, midfielder Lundstram has been free to talk to clubs elsewhere with the view of signing a pre-contract agreement, with reports in Turkey now revealing the length of the deal he will pen with the Trabzon-based club. Sports Digitale claim that former Sheffield United man Lundstram will sign a three year contract in Turkey.

Light Blues boss Philippe Clement has expressed a desire for the 30-year-old to remain in Govan, but matters have now been taken out of their hands. His Gers teammate Borna Barisic was linked with a move way from Ibrox during the January window, as he too enters the final two months of his contract.

Additionally, the report claims that full back Barisic has also agreed an initial two year deal with Trabzonspor, with the option of an additional year. The Croatia international has struggled to hold down a regular slot in Clement's side this season, with Ridvan Yilmaz and the versatile Dujon Sterling often preferred at left back.
