Luke Shaw sends strong transfer plea to Manchester United over Declan Rice and Harry Kane

Left-back Luke Shaw has urged Manchester United to try and complete the signings of West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice and Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane this summer.
