Love Your Weekend's Alan Titchmarsh makes heartbreaking admission he 'never told anyone'

In a touching conversation with Jake Humphrey on Love Your Weekend, Alan Titchmarsh opened up about his own experiences with anxiety while discussing the subject with Jake.

Jake Humphrey shared a poignant observation: "We're all comparing our real lives to other people's edited highlights reels, and I think that's super dangerous."

Alan Titchmarsh, empathising with the feeling, added: "But we all have anxieties...we always will."

On a lighter note during the show, Alan chatted with Gavin and Stacey actress Joanna Page about her regal performances, prompting her witty remark: "I might get arrested."

She recollected an impressive moment: "I performed in front of Prince Charles and Princess Margaret in Buckingham Palace. I did As You Like It, and we went and we performed."

Joanna revealed a cheeky anecdote from her time at Buckingham Palace, saying: "And then
