Lorraine Kelly taken aback as she's told 'favourite person' is going on show by Susanna Reid in awkward exchange

Lorraine Kelly appeared taken aback as she teased her latest show on Good Morning Britain.

As usual, the Scottish TV star made her appearance on the ITV news programme to let viewers know what would be coming up on her self-titled show, which airs every weekday after GMB.

"Oh thanks. Thanks so much for that," Lorraine said as Susanna laughed: "He will be parachuting across with a box of chocolates." And Lorraine replied laughing: "Funnily enough, he has not come into see me. I am so upset."

Susanna said: "So you see, what he is doing, he is opening his house to refugees. And 45,000 people have registered their interest."

"See, if we get a chance to help, we're allowed to help," Lorraine added before continuing on with sharing
