Liverpool vs Manchester United: Will it be another Merseyside horror for the Red Devils?

The stage is set for a high-octane north-west derby as Liverpool gear up to face their most hated rivals, Manchester United.

The Anfield stadium has proved to be a particularly painful place for the Red Devils, who haven’t scored a goal there in five years. To make matters worse, United suffered a humiliating 3-0 defeat at home to Bournemouth just last weekend and were knocked out of the Champions League by a relaxed Bayern Munich side.

With such not-so-confident recent results, there are genuine concerns that United could suffer another beating, as they face a revamped and revitalized Liverpool side led by the master tactician, Jurgen Klopp.

The last thing Erik Ten Hag’s team needed was this derby, at a time when The Reds sit top of the Premier League having won each of their last three games in the division, and considering United’s historic and humiliating 7-0 hammering at their last visit in March.

Anyway, let us get ready for a thrilling match as the two giants of English football clash in what promises to be a spectacle of epic proportions!
