Liverpool quadruple bet: Fan is still refusing to cash out £100 wager

Liverpool are still dreaming of completing an incredible quadruple this season.

Having already claimed the Carabao Cup and FA Cup, Jurgen Klopp’s side now turn their attention to the two biggest trophies – the Premier League and the Champions League.

The Reds need a massive favour from Steven Gerrard’s Aston Villa in order to claim the title. They have to beat Wolves at Anfield and hope that Villa can take points away from Manchester City at the Etihad.

Whatever happens on the final day of the Premier League campaign, Liverpool will go into the Champions League final against Real Madrid as slight favourites.

Even if Liverpool finish the season with the two domestic cups, it has been an incredible eight months for them. Nobody could have predicted that this side could still be in with a chance of winning the quadruple at this stage of the season.

Well, almost nobody.

That’s because one fan placed a £100 bet on it happening at the start of the season at odds of 3,671/1.

We explained last week how one Betfair customer had been offered £22k cash-out for a bet that would win more than £367k.

And now, the fan in question has given an interview to Betfair – and she has no intentions of cashing out.
