Liverpool: Commentator sings his own Luis Diaz tribute song

Liverpool recorded a convincing 3-1 win over Norwich City on Saturday afternoon, reducing the gap between them and Manchester City at the top of the Premier League table to just six points.

The Reds were also given a glimmer of hope that they could catch the league champions, with Pep Guardiola’s side slipping up yesterday against Tottenham.

With a game in hand, there is still a possibility that Jurgen Klopp’s side could pull off a remarkable comeback.

But there is much for Liverpool fans to sing about at the moment with their side in excellent form this season, having won all five of their last league matches, while also beating both of AC Milan and Inter Milan at the San Siro in the Champions League.

And they showed their brilliance against the Canaries once again at the weekend.

Despite going a goal down with Joel Matip deflecting Milot Rashica’s shot into the back of Alisson’s net, Liverpool came back soon after, with all three of their frontmen getting on the scoresheet.

Sadio Mane levelled on the 64th minute and Mohamed Salah doubled their lead just three minutes later.

New signing Luis Diaz followed up to complete the trio of goals, with the Colombian breaking through and chipping a wonderful dink over the Norwich goalkeeper to net his first goal for Liverpool.

And while the Anfield faithful had much to sing about after the match, it appears one South American commentator was also as equally overjoyed by the 25-year-old’s epic skills in front of goal.
