Live updates as traffic builds in Cardiff Bay after crash between car and cyclist

Police have been called to Cardiff Bay on Friday afternoon, March 28, following a collision between a car and a cyclist. There is a large police presence on the A4119 (James Street), near Cardiff Bay Police Station.

Images from the scene show one police van at the scene, with officers directing traffic, which is building along the A4119 back towards Clarence Road Bridge which goes over the River Taff.
