Live updates as police seal off area of Ely, Cardiff

An area of Ely in Cardiff has been sealed off as police carrying out investigations following an incident. Police remain at the scene on Monday morning (April 8).

Pictures from the scene show an area of Snowden Road has been closed off. We are awaiting an update from South Wales Police.

Bus services in the area have been diverted. Cardiff Busy said: "Due to an incident, the 13 service is diverting via Grand Avenue. Stops along Snowden Road and Wilson Road will not be served. Apologies for the inconvenience."
