Live updates as new boss of troubled health board faces questions in the Senedd
The newly appointed chief executive of the troubled Betsi Cadwaladr Health Board is facing questions from politicians. Carol Shillabeer was named the permanent chief executive of Betsi Cadwaladr in November, having served as the interim chief executive.
Ms Shillabeer was appointed in May 2023 on secondment from the Powys Teaching Health Board. She is giving evidence, alongside interim chair Dyfed Edwards to the Senedd's health committee.
