India Women vs England Women, 2nd T20ILive Updates: India women's cricket team will be facing England in the second T20I of the three-match series on Saturday in Mumbai. England have taken 1-0 lead in the series after registering a 38-run win in the first T20I on Wednesday. The Harmanpreet Kaur-led side will aim for redemption in the second match, in order to level the series. In the first T20I, England posted 197/6 with Nat Sciver-Brunt and Danielle Wyatt scored 77 and 75 runs respectively. The T20I series between the India Women and England Women is going on in full swing as we await the second match which will be played at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. The visitors had come out with the winning result in the first game where the England Women clinched a 38-run win over the hosts. Even after losing Sophia Dunkley and Alice Capsey pretty early on in the match, Danni Wyatt and Natalie Sciver-Brunt kept their cool and took the attack to the opponents. They built a strong partnership which allowed Amy Jones to play freely at the end. While these two showcased their batting prowess, it was Sophie Ecclestone who shone with the ball in her hand. She clinched three important wickets along with some support from Natalie Sciver-Brunt, Sarah Glenn, and Freya Kemp. All in all, it was a pretty dominant performance by the England Women and they will hope to keep their form going for the rest of the tour as well.
