Live updates as M4 crash causes long rush hour delays
An accident is causing major delays on the M4 around Newport on Thursday morning.
All lanes have re-opened eastbound between junction 27 Highcross and junction 26 Malpas Road but there was still delays of around 20 minutes.
Traffic cameras are showing long delays on the eastbound carriageway between Cardiff and Newport. Traffic was held for a short time to remove the vehicles from the carriageway.
