Live updates as large fire tears through roof of home in Gorseinon, Swansea

A large fire is tearing through the roof of a home in Gorseinon, Swansea, this morning. Police and the fire service are at the scene dealing with the incident after receiving calls at 8.17am.

Fire crews from Gorseinon, Swansea central, and Sketty are in attendance at Lime Street, using three pumps and an aerial appliance. A spokeman for Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service said: "We have responded to reports of flames coming from a property at Lime Street."

Smoke can be seen billowing out of the roof of the property as firefighters deal with the blaze. Our reporter is en route to the scene and we'll bring you the latest live coverage below.
