Live updates as crash shuts A40 completely near Llandovery

The A40 is closed both ways in Carmarthenshire and emergency services are at the scene following a serious collision. The main road is closed in both directions at Trecastle, between Sennybridge and Halfway.

Dyfed-Powys Police said officers were at the scene. The force has advised motorists to avoid the area and find alternative routes.
