Live updates after collision between pedestrian and vehicle causes police to close off part of Cardiff city centre

Part of a busy Cardiff street has been closed off due to a police incident. Emergency services are attending the junction between Dumfries Place and Queen Street.

A spokesperson for South Wales Police confirmed there has been a road traffic collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian at the junction between Dumfries Place and Queen Street. They said Dumfries Place would be closed for the forseeable future.
