The Appreciation Service for his life will be held at St Catherine's Church in Gorseinon, Swansea, today (Friday, July 21) following a procession from his home.
Morgan's family say they realise it will be busy and are asking people to "respect the wishes" of his parents and to limit access to the church to close family and friends only and have asked for anyone coming to wear yellow.
While the church will be limited, they have said that all are welcome at the Swansea.com stadium "as Morgan’s Army takes over the home of his beloved Swansea City FC".
When the celebration was announced, a statement on Morgan's Army Facebook page said: "We intend to celebrate Morgan for everything that he was and the impact he has had on the world. He has taught us so much about bravery and the importance of joy. He has shown us the power of love and how we can better be there for each other."
