LIVE: Roads near Mancunian Way shut off with emergency services at scene after 'gas leak' - latest updates
Emergency services are currently at the scene of a suspected gas leak in Manchester city centre.
Fire crews have been spotted on Cambridge Street, near the junction with Chester Street. A cordon is also in place.
Police are at the scene, as well as North West Ambulance Service's incident response unit. Diversions are in place.

A tweet posted by TfGM said: "Due to a police incident near Cambridge Street / Mancunian Way, road closures are in place: Cambridge Street roundabout (north side) - No exit / entry to Mancunian Way eastbound.
"No access from Medlock St / Princess Road to Mancunian Way eastbound. #TfGMTraffic."

The M.E.N understands that some workers have been evacuated due to the suspect gas leak.
Emergency services are continuing to work at the scene.
Reporter Hana has been told by a worker at Unite that the gas leak has been reported inside the student accomodation building. The building is empty, she said.
