LIVE: Long delays around Trafford Park following crash - latest updates

Motorists are facing long delays in Trafford Park due to a crash. The smash near Guinness Circle on Centenary Way is causing long queues.

People are being urged to avoid the area. All approaches to the junction are seeing a lot of congestion.

In a tweet, Transport for Greater Manchester said: "Long delays due to a road traffic collision at Guinness Circle. Congestion on all approaches to the junction.

"Seek alternative route. Follow @StagecoachGM for bus diversion info."

Stagecoach tweeted that there are delays of around 35 minutes on the route.

We have a statement from GMP on the Trafford Park RTC.

A spokesman said: "We were called to a report of a three vehicle RTC at 3pm this afternoon on Centenary Way, Salford.

"No arrests were made and no injuries were reported."
