LIVE: Hour-long delays as stretch of M62 fully shut after multi-vehicle crash
There are delays of more than an hour on a stretch of the M62 this morning after a multi-vehicle crash.
The westbound carriageway of the motorway has been shut between junction 24 for Huddersfield and junction 22 for Saddleworth. According to traffic alert service Inrix, travel time through the area is currently around one hour and 20 minutes.
Long queues are building up to the scene of the incident. Traffic is also slow on the other side of the motorway.

A tweet posted by Highways England said: "The #M62 westbound is closed between J24 #Huddersfield and J22 #Denshaw due to a multi vehicle collision. More information to follow."
