LIVE: All traffic STOPPED on M62 amid vehicle fire - latest updates
All traffic has been stopped on the M62 near Rochdale this morning following a vehicle fire.
Emergency services are on the scene on the M62 Westbound from J23 A640 New Hey Road (Huddersfield) to J22 A672 (Rishworth Moor) following the fire on Monday (June 30).
Traffic is currently stationary with queues building ahead of the morning rush hour. It is not yet clear whether anyone has been injured in the fire.

The incident is expected to clear at around 9:30am, according to National Highways.
