LIVE: A57 in Salford shut after serious crash - traffic updates

A main road in Eccles has been shut off this morning after a crash.

The A57 Liverpool Road is currently closed on the eastbound carriageway.

According to traffic alert service Inrix, it is shut between Port Salford Way and Stadium Way. Traffic is building at the scene near the City Airport.
