Liam Ridehalgh starts: The predicted Bradford City XI to play Exeter City

Bradford City will be aiming to back up their recent victory over Stevenage by securing a positive result in their showdown with Exeter City tomorrow.

Jamie Walker netted what turned out to be the winning goal for the Bantams at the Lamex Stadium in the 55th minute of this clash.

Currently 11th in the League Two standings, Bradford will close the gap between them and sixth-place Exeter to four points by sealing a victory at the Utilita Energy Stadium.

Having witnessed his side’s performance against Stevenage, it will be interesting to see whether Derek Adams decides to make any alterations to his team on Saturday.

Here, we have decided to take a look at how Bradford could line up against Exeter…

Having deployed the 4-3-3 formation in Tuesday’s meeting with Stevenage, Adams is likely to stick with this particular system on Saturday.

January signing Alex Bass will be looking to claim another clean-sheet tomorrow after preventing Paul Tisdale’s side from scoring earlier this week.

Paudie O’Connor will feature alongside Yann Songo’o in the heart of the Bantams defence whilst Luke Hendrie and Liam Ridehalgh will occupy the full-back roles.

Adams confirmed yesterday that Ridehalgh will be okay to feature in Bradford’s meeting with Exeter after being substituted during the club’s victory over Stevenage due to illness.

The 30-year-old has already made 28 appearances for the Bantams in all competitions this season and will be determined to help his side secure all three points in this weekend’s fixture by producing an assured defensive display.

Elliot Watt will be accompanied in central-midfield by Levi Sutton and Walker who will be brimming with confidence heading into this fixture following his match-winning contribution
